REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology can help re-establish, maintain and strengthen the energy flow within the body, with the aim of improving our health and general well-being.

Reflexology can help to reduce stress and tension, manage menopausal symptoms, reduce headaches and sinus pain, improve energy levels, aid in the elimination of toxins from the body, stimulate the nervous system and improve metabolism, improve circulation and support the immune system, relieve the symptoms of digestive issues and reduce back, neck and shoulder pain,

HOT AND COLD STONES

Hot and Cold Stone Massage and Reflexology provides a deeply relaxing, yet refreshing and rejuvenating experience.

Hot and Cold Stone Therapies will help improve vascular and lymphatic circulation and promote the elimination of waste from the body. It aides in reducing swelling, inflammation and relieves muscular pain and spasms. The use of alternating hot and cold stones helps the body to heal more quickly – the hot stone increases blood supply to the affected area and the cold stone helps to reduce inflammation, pain and swelling.

MASSAGE

Relaxation massage has many therapeutic benefits such as it reduces stress, promotes relaxation, improves circulation, and lower blood pressure.

Essential Oils improve the therapeutic benefits of a massage – reduce anxiety, boost energy levels, relieve the symptoms of menopause, reduce pain and promote healing, relieve headaches, induce sleep and strengthen the immune, digestive, circulatory and lymphatic systems.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage will help eliminate excess fluid from legs and ankles. It is also used for treating Lymphedema, a blockage of lymph nodes in the arm and legs.

REIKI HEALING/CHAKRA BALANCING

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive, yet powerful method of healing .

Reiki is for everyone and everything – babies and toddlers, teenagers, adults, the elderly and especially our pets.

Reiki will support us during times of stress and sorrow. It can help us to balance the mind and emotions and bring inner peace and harmony, all of which promotes our body’s own natural healing ability.

We have seven main energy centres in our body through which energy flows in and out in a constant stream. These energy centres, our Chakras, can become unbalanced or even blocked due to conflict, loss and stress.

I stock a small range of Essential Oils or am able to source Essential Oils for you. I support Australian Essential Oil suppliers such as Essentially Australia and Essential Therapeutics.

Therapeutic Essential Oil Blends

I formulate blends based on the unique needs of the client. A therapeutic blend will normally consist of 3 or more essential oils blended to aid and support a physical or emotional condition. Essential Oil blends can help to reduce stress, anxiety, headaches, digestive issue and menopausal symptoms.

I promote the safe use of Essential Oils.

Therapeutic Soaps

My therapeutic soaps are made from natural oils such a Peach Kernel oil and Essential oils.

Goats Milk soap is also available.
